Printed by His Majesty s Stationery Office. Very interesting read and an account of the events from the time. General wear and tear, staples intact but beginning to lose their grip. An un-dated but wartime book of over 100 pages, published by the Sunday Times, essentially being a day-to-day timeline of the period in question. Very interesting and period produced source. General wear and tear around the edge, commensurate with age.
An original World War Two era button hole badge, For Loyal Service . This was awarded to wounded or invalided servicemen during the Second World War to show that the non-uniformed individual had in fact played their part in the war effort. This is the larger 26mm version.
An original plated buttonhole, finished with blue and red enamel. Good overall condition, no manufacturer mark. I understand these items were commercially produced as the larger A.R.P. badge was somewhat disliked.

A swing mounted medal grouping, comprising the 1939 45 Star, the Africa Star, the Italy Star, the Defence Medal and the 1939 45 War Medal. The Stars have larger suspension rings and so are thought to be later issues. Priced accordingly.
An original World War Two era regimental flash, a burgundy and yellow diamond. I understand this to relate to the 126th Light Anti Aircraft Regiment of the Royal Artillery, attached the Middlesex Regiment, possibly the 9th Battalion. They saw action in Belgium, Holland and Germany during the war. Complete with Middlesex Regimental cap badge.
