Made from 100% cotton (nb: these handwarmers are not washable – surface clean only) and UK sourced wheat grain.

Please note: your handwarmers may vary slightly from the ones pictured, as they are cut by hand and the pattern repeat may fall differently.
To heat, place in a microwave on a high (700w) heat setting for 20 second bursts until the desired heat. Only heat in a microwave with a freely moving turntable.
To stop the wheat drying out, lightly sprinkle it with water before heating.
Don t reheat until it has fully cooled.
