Premium Quality Army Air Force, Hand Sewn Bullion Fashion

Excellent quality reproduction insignia for the United States Army Air Force.  This insignia has been reproduced specifically for Hornbeam Militaria and was created using an original example on display at a museum in Suffolk, from which we have copied the size, material and colouring.  This particular recreation is hand sewn in bullion.  Note it has been created with a rough edge, not like some of the lower quality reproductions on the market that have a thickened border which was not present on the originals.

The hand stitched has been done using correct coloured bullion thread, with a red cotton dot in the centre of the star.

Measures 63mm diameter.  Perfect for re-enactment, shadow boxes or framed tributes.  Also included is a photograph of the original example for comparison purposes.
