An original US WW2 era Ike Jacket. Condition is very good, light soiling in places. Incorporates an Airborne Oval (good quality reproduction), 5th Army patch (original), with Parachute Tab (also repro), denoting 509th Parachute Infantry Battalion, when they were attached to the 5th Army in Italy, 1944 (as the 509th were not attached to any particular Airborne Division). Tunic is dated June 1944 and size market 38L, but measured by hand as follows;
