A lovely original magazine, pre-World War Two for the American audience it was intended for, but plenty of mentions of the trouble in Europe throughout the magazine, as well as a huge number of period adverts and photographs. Fascinating read.
A beautiful condition World War One era 85th Infantry Division CD patch, excellent order, has not been applied to a uniform and crucially, no glow under a blacklight, so no more modern fibres, all natural.
A lovely original item, measuring approximately 60mm across, but not being exactly circular, with a dark coloured bullion on a blue felt background, hand sewn judging by the pattern of threads on the reverse, showing some evidence of being uniform removed. Most likely British made.
Original US Army, WW2 era, shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI). The patch would have been worn on the shirts and jackets of US GIs who served in this unit. Original period item.
