A single, notched dog tag named to;

BLANCHE E. SHEAFFER

415 S. 32ND STREET

CAMP HILL. PA.

Whilst this is an army dog tag, there is a Blanche Elinor Sheaffer Musselman noted to have died aged 82, in Camp Hill, PA on 23 January 2000.  Her obituary records her as having served with the Navy, as a Pharmacists s Mate at San Diego Naval Hospital, between 1944 and 1946.  It seems too strong a coincidence to be a different person, but I cannot explain why she has an Army and not Navy dog tag, unless an error was made in the obituary.
