Part of our Made in England range, this patch has been designed and produced by British craftmen in the UK. We use either cotton or cotton polyester blend thread, depending upon the nature of the patch, sewn onto a wool or wool blend felt backing with a 100% cotton backing as a stiffener.
Made in small batches so sizing varies, but these are approximately 62mm high by 45mm wide.
The 51st Medium Regiment were based in Stoke on Trent and went over to France with the BEF. Later in the war they fought in Italy before returning to North West Europe in early 1945.
